Buy and configure
How are custom loupes bought?
In two phases. First you configure your combination in the configurator (model, magnification, frame, colour, light) and send us the request: it is registered with your reference and you receive an acknowledgement by email. Then we arrange your fitting, take your measurements and send you the closed quote. Nothing is manufactured without validated measurements.
Do website prices include VAT?
No: amounts are shown excluding VAT, and the final amount is confirmed in your quote.
What does the price of a loupe include?
The optics with your chosen magnification, the frame and colour you configure and a case, always included (you choose which depending on whether your order carries light). The LED light is a separate element; a “system” is loupe + light.
Can I integrate my prescription?
Yes in the TTL lines (Galileo, Kepler, Ergo TTL), with a supplement shown on the product page and in the configurator; your prescription is validated at the fitting. In the EL headbands, customisable prescription is pending the manufacturer's tariff.
Can I try before deciding?
Yes: that is what the fitting is for. And if you are a team or a faculty, we organise clinic demonstrations and university programmes with a demo unit.
Measurements and use
What measurements do you need, and who takes them?
Interpupillary distance, working distance, angle and, where relevant, your prescription. We take or validate them with you, in person or guided — which is why we do not ask for them on the website.
TTL, flip-up or headband? Galilean, Kepler or Ergo?
It depends on your work and your starting point. You have the honest comparison in the choosing guide and the three lines explained in Loupes.
Are the specifications on the product pages final?
They are those declared by the manufacturer in its 2026 catalogue and each product page says so; we are verifying them one by one and only publish confirmed figures.
Orders, lead times and after-sales
How long does manufacturing and delivery take?
Each system is manufactured to your measurements, so the lead time is confirmed in your quote before anything is ordered. We do not publish generic lead times that later go unmet.
What warranty and after-sales do they have?
Warranty, repair and after-sales terms are delivered in writing with your quote. Support and later adjustments are done from Valencia.
How much is shipping? Do you ship outside Spain?
Shipping within Spain is free; to the rest of Europe it costs €14 per order. Always insured and tracked; the exact lead time goes in your quote.
