Custom products

Loupes manufactured to your measurements and configuration are exempt from withdrawal (art. 103.c RDL 1/2007). That is precisely why the process includes a prior fitting and quote: you decide with everything validated before manufacturing.

Non-custom products

Non-custom lighting and accessories: 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. The product must be returned complete and in a resaleable condition, with prior notice to hola@lynceva.com, to our operations address: SOLID TREND SL, Calle Doctor Sanchis Bergón 5, Bajo Izda., 46008 Valencia (Spain). [PENDING: allocation of return shipping costs].

Defective product

If something arrives damaged or not as agreed, write to hola@lynceva.com with photos and order number: we resolve it by repair, replacement or refund under the statutory warranty.
