How to buy

Custom optical systems are sold in two phases: (1) configuration and quote request on the website; (2) fitting with measurements and a written quote, whose acceptance constitutes the order. Nothing is manufactured without validated measurements. Direct-purchase products (lighting and accessories) are likewise confirmed by quote while online payment is not enabled.

Prices

Website prices do not include VAT; the quote details the final amount, applicable taxes and, where relevant, programme terms (students, universities, clinics).

Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer to the SOLID TREND SL account at BBVA; full details (IBAN and SWIFT/BIC) are provided in your quote. [PENDING: payment schedule — deposit and balance].

Manufacturing and delivery

Manufacturing and delivery time is stated in each quote. Shipping terms are detailed in Shipping.

Right of withdrawal

Custom systems (manufactured to your measurements and specifications) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under art. 103.c) of RDL 1/2007. For non-custom products you have 14 calendar days: see Returns.

Warranty

All products enjoy the statutory warranty of conformity (3 years for new goods, RDL 7/2021). [PENDING: terms of the manufacturer's additional commercial warranty].
