What data we process and why

Quote and contact requests (name, email, optional phone, chosen configuration): handling your request and preparing your quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and your consent.
Fitting measurements (interpupillary distance, working distance and, where applicable, optical prescription): manufacturing your system to measure. A prescription can constitute health data; it is processed only with your explicit consent collected at the fitting.
Programmes for universities and clinics: managing demonstrations and group quotes.

Recipients and processors

We do not pass on your data except under legal obligation. Infrastructure providers: web hosting and email at DonDominio/Soluciones Corporativas IP (Spain/EU). [PENDING: final list of processors — payment gateway and carrier when activated].

Lead times

Requests: the time needed to handle them plus statutory periods; quotes and orders: the applicable tax and warranty periods.
